On 04^th April, the Phu Xuyen People’s Committee held a conference to public the Detailed Plan of Hanoi Southern Supporting Industrial Park (Hanssip) – Phase 1 which located in Dai Xuyen, Phu Xuyen District

Hanssip strategically located at the southern gate of Hanoi capital, west to 1A Highway, east to Phap Van – Cau Gie Highway, 30km to the south from the centre of Hanoi, 60 km from Noibai International Airport and 80km from Hai Phong city (to 5B new Highway)

Phase 1 of Hanssip is about 721.689 kilometer square, with two main functional land-use areas: the Industrial area – Zone A located in the North route linking to 1A old Highway and Phap Van – Cau Gie Highway, and the Service Urban Area – Zone B serves the needs of living and activities of the community of employees, staffs, and experts who work in the Industrial Park.

 

Overall planning divides into functional areas, the item works are arranged logically to improve the efficiency of usage and facilitate management and operation, as well as to be a motion to develop the social – economic of the Southern of Hanoi, stimulating the development of industrial parks in the area of ​​Hanoi in particular and the country in general, concentrate to solve development needs of the village of Phu Xuyen district.

Hanssip is a specialized industrial park with the objective to create a modern, standardized environment for enterprises involved in manufacturing the products ofsupporting industries in the fields of: Textile and Garment, Leather and Footwear, Electronics-Informatics, Automobile manufacture and assembly, Mechanical Engineering, Support industries for hi-tech, and some other industries. Besides, in the HanssipProject, there will be land areas reserved for hundreds of factories and production enterprises of supporting industries to move in to rent land. Because, under the instruction of the Prime Minister and Hanoi People Committee, these enterprises will have to move out from central area of Hanoi as per Hanoi Masterplan Vision 2050,which has been approved by the Prime Minister.

N&G Corp collaboration with Hanel Co., Ltd, DOJI Group (strategic shareholders ofN&G Corp) and Shimizu Corporation to develop and constructe Hanssip – the supporting industrial park and Urban services area.
