(Hansiba) In the morning of 20/11/2013, at the Office of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), Mr. Vu Tien Loc - Chairman of VCCI and Mr. Nguyen Hoang - Chairman of HANSIBA warmly greeted and worked with FEC Delegation led by Mr. Yoshihiro Nakagaki - Vice Chairman of FEC and Chairman of FEC Japan - Viet Nam Cultural and Economic Exchange Committee, including representatives of 16 businesses and organizations operating in the fields of electricity, electronics, information technology, financial investment, real estate, insurance, aviation and railway, etc.

During the meeting, Mr. Yoshihiro Nakagaki put a strong emphasis on the assessment that "Vietnam is one of the most important destinations of Japanese investors. Especially, Japanese companies have been very much interested in investment opportunities in supporting industries in Vietnam. Currently, Vietnam’s localization rate is still very low compared to that of the other countries in the region such as Thailand, Myanmar, etc.  Private companies operating in support industries are mainly of small and medium size; therefore, mechanism and incentives of all kinds should be facilitated in order to promote the development of this industry."

In this regards, Mr. Vu Tien Loc - Chairman of VCCI introduced Mr. Nguyen Hoang - Chairman of Hanoi Supporting Industry Business Association (HANSIBA) which is considered the pioneer in development of supporting industries in Hanoi in particular and Vietnam in general. FEC highly appreciated HANSIBA’s utmost efforts to develop support industry in Vietnam, and expressed the desire to cooperate with HANSIBA to create opportunities for businesses of the two organizations to exchange real experience, technical knowledge and new technologies in supporting industry. In response, Mr. Nguyen Hoang extended the sincere thanks for FEC's special attention to the development of supporting industry in Vietnam and hoped that HANSIBA and FEC could hold business meetings for the members of the two organizations to create favorable conditions for cooperation and development of supporting industry in the short future.
