(HANSIBA) As one of the initial preparation steps aiming to meet the demand for high quality manpower for industrialization - modernization of Vietnam in general and the development of supporting industry (SI) in particular, on November 10th, 2013, authorized by the Chairman, the new General Secretary of Hanoi Supporting Industry Business Association (HANSIBA) – Mr. Nguyen Duc Thang attended the 2013-2014 school year opening ceremony of Ha Noi Vocational College of High Technology (HHT) and signed the Memorandum of Understanding between the Parties.

Ha Noi Vocational College of High Technology (HHT) is a public educational institution directly under Hanoi People's Committee and was established according to the Decision No. 808/QĐ–LĐTBXH dated 25/06/2009 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs. It has made considerable contribution to the training of highly qualified human resources as well as achieved great achievements in training mission and building a professional studying environment and a workmanship training center at all levels, striving towards a high-quality vocational training institution. HHT has also cooperated with local businesses to support education activities, provide practical instructions for post-graduates and offer employment opportunities to graduates. The number of employed graduates after graduation is therefore very high.

In regard to manpower, by 2018, HANSIBA, which has been gathering thousands of manufacturingcompanies dedicated to development of Hanoi SI, need about 50,000 high–quality and disciplined labors. Currently, Vietnam's Government is orienting organizations/companies to produce SI and SI serving high technology such as mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, automobile manufacturing, agricultural machinery, footwear , textiles, etc. In this regards, Mr.Nguyen Duc Thang - General Secretaryof HANSIBA did emphasize in his speech that HHT should have effective training solutions to meet real manpower needs in SI and SI serving high technology in the coming time.

With an aim to build and develop cooperation between HANSIBA and HHT in areas of training, production, technology transfer and supply of high-quality manpower, the two parties has agreed on and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Human Resources development. This MOU signing marks an important milestone for the close cooperation between HHT and HANSIBA members in HR training in accordance with the actual needs of businesses and development orientation of the Vietnam Government.

Also in this solemn ceremony, HANSIBA delegation attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony of Information Technology Center HHT - MEGAZONE and Incubation and Technology Transfer Center, which will certainly contribute to improving the quality of teaching and learning for HHT’s lecturers and students.
