HANSSIP urban area (phase 1) with more than 600 adjoining houses, shophouse area is included in the master plan for development of Hanoi Southern Supporting Industrial Park Complex (HANSSIP).

The urban area has an area of up to 640 ha, with an orientation of expanding 2,000 ha, located in Dai Xuyen Commune, Phu Xuyen District, Hanoi, of which 500 ha is the area for development of industrial park infrastructure and 150 ha for urban development.

HANSSIP is full included and an embarking point in Hanoi's Phu Xuyen industrial satellite service urban area to the south, adjacent to the National Highway 1A and National Highway 1B - Phap Van Cau Gie.

This industrial and urban area is designed with synchronizing and modernizing for development force of logistic-industrial-commercial satellite city meet international standards which carried out by leading Japanese conglomerate Nikken Sekkei Civil (NSC ).

 

HANSSIP has a total investment up to $ 5 billion. At the first stage, the entire infrastructure of the industrial zone and the urban area is nearly 100 hectares. With facilities such as trade centers, hotel complexes, offices, kindergartens, logistic centers, customs, motorbike - industrial, construction equipments market has been shaping up and will be launched in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The special feature of HANSSIP is that the development plan to become an industrial park specialized in supporting industries and high technology has drawn the attentions and invested from many domestic and international investors thanks to the State's preferential policies for this industrial park.
