International Seminar-Invesment Promotion-Hanssip 2012

On 14/09/2012, N&G Investment – Developmen Corporation (N & G Corp) in collaboration with the Ministry of Planning & Investment, Vietnam Embassy in Japan and relevant agencies has organized " SEMINAR OF INVESMENT PROMOTION FOR HANOI SOUTH SUPPORTING INDUSTRIAL PARK " within the framework of the event "Meet Vietnam – Japan 2012" which is co-hosted by the Vietnamese Embassy to Japan and the Japanese Government.

 This is an important event to introduce such a high standard industrial park for businesses to invest in the field of supporting industry, marking the first critical step as a part of policies to call for investment in the supporting industry sector into the city of Hanoi, for the Vietnamese Government in general and for N & G Corp in particular.

 During the seminar, with the participation and statements by Representatives of the Vietnamese Embassy to Japan, Mr. Nguyen Van Trung - Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Heavy Industries Department – Ministry of Trade & Industry, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Chinh - Head of Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zone Authority and participation of representatives of the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Planning and Architecture of Hanoi.  On the Japanese side, there are a large number of Japanese business at seminar such as Forval Group, Sumitomo, Nikken Sekkei, Espad etc.

The seminar focused on introduction to potential Japanese investors about Industrial Park -HANSSIP as the “Sole Supporting Industrial Park” and integrated urban service, residential area for experts and workers in Hanoi so far. With its strategic location and attractive investment policies, the projects were appreciated and expressed deep concern by Japanese enterprises.

Mr. Hiroyuki Yushita - former Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam after hearing the presentation on the project HANSSIP, expressed his feelings that appreciated the investment concept and business model of HANSSIP as a serious policy to supporting industry development of the Vietnamese Government. He said "so far, I have heard many presentations on the Industrial Zones of Vietnam, but I have not seen anyone who can understand the Japanese business thoroughly as N & G Corp., I saw the idea first from very unique and meet the criteria in accordance with Japanese enterprises in HANSSIP. Being as a person who has spent a lot of energy and passion in my career to develop Japan's investment activities in Vietnam, as discovered a completely different point of light and special particularly in Vietnam up to now".

Mr. Nguyen Hoang - Chairman / CEO of N & G Corp had presented sincere thanks to the Vietnam Governmental agencies who have strongly supported for the success of the seminar as well as appreciate the participation and interest of the Japanese investors toward HANSSIP.  Mr. Nguyen Hoang also emphasized the importance of HANSSIP and also simultaneously committed to the Japanese investors that will pay his best effort by providing such professional supporting services and synchronous

facilities and infrastructure standards to meet the demanding requirements of the Japanese enterprises.

In the framework of the seminar, N & G Corp also has exchanged and discussed in detailed with partners and investors potential opportunities for cooperation and investment towards signing official agreements with these partners.

In the coming time, N & G Corp will continue to carry out programs to promote investment in the countries among the top FDI in Vietnam, as well as negotiating with potential partners aimed at attracting investment to HANSSIP in accordance with the policy of the Government as well as the City of Hanoi in an effort to promote the development of supporting industries in Vietnam.
