The designing consultancy contract on the Hanoi Southern Supporting Industrial Park (Hanssip) between N&G Development and Investment Corporation (N&G Corp – Vietnam) and Nikken Sekkei Civil Engineering LTD (NSC – Japan) was implemented in the afternoon of September 6th 2012 in the headquater of N&G Corp.

Pursuant to the Document No. 1150/TTg-KTN dated July 6^th 2012 of the Prime Minister to agree for establishing the Hanoi Southern Supporting Industrial Park based on the expansion of Dai Xuyen Industrial zone added to the list of preferential industrial parks to be established up to 2015;

Pursuant to policies on the development of supporting industries in Vietnam in the future; thanks to the guidance of the Hanoi People’s Committee, support of relevant agencies in Phu Xuyen district, Dai Xuyen people, Hanssip project had been approved. N&G Corp cooperated with relevant authorities, Vietnam Development Bank (VDB), Tienphong Bank to implement land clearance and compensation successfully to carry out Hanssip construction – Stage 1 for approximately 1.000 households in Dai Xuyen commune under the recovery of agricultural land.

After receiving the Hanoi People’s Committee and Board of Directors’ approval, N&G Corp negotiated and decided to implement the signing of the designing consultancy contract, master plan on Hanssip project with 1/2000 ratio in the afternoon of September 6^th 2012.

The signing ceremony was attended by the leaders of Hanoi authorities, representatives of banks, enterprises of Vietnam, Japan, journalists, general director, deputy directors, staffs of N&G Corp, and representatives of NSC in Hanoi.

The signing ceremony was successfully organised. With more than 100 year establishment, NSC is famous for designing great construction works in Japan and many countries in the world. NSC is going to implement the designing and consultancy on 1/2000 ratio Hanssip project owned by N&G Corp. Hanssip will become a modern, environment-friendly industrial park of civilization, sustainable development. Hanssip will make contribution to make Phu Xuyen district become an industrial satellite urban in the southern of Hanoi under the Decision on the capital plan by 2020-2050 approved by the Prime Minister. Hanssip will be a destination, golden address of supporting industries in Vietnam forward foreign and domestic investors as a target of N&G Corp.
