(N&G Corp) On February 22, 2014, N&G Corp held the Ceremony of 2013 Year-end Summation and 2014 Business Plan Assignment at the Company’s Office. Attending the meeting were the members of the Board of Directors, the Board of Management, Heads/Deputy Heads of Departments and units as well as excellent staff in 2013.

Recognizing the importance of this meeting, the participants had been present very early. The meeting was well organized because this was an opportunity for the Company’s representative staff to summarize all of the business results in the previous year as well as to set out the targets for the new year. 

On behalf of N&G Corp’s Board of Management, Mr. Tran Van Chuong - Standing Deputy General Director reported the detailed business results of N&G Corp and its member companies in 2013; shortcomings and weaknesses in management; and corrective measures to be strongly and decisively taken in 2014.

In 2013, despite objective and subjective difficulties, N&G Corp basically accomplished the set plans thanks to the support of the leaders, the direction from the Board of Directors and the Board of Management as well as all of the staff’s efforts. 

At the meeting, N&G Corp’s Board of Management also awarded the Certificate of Merits to individuals and units that excellently fulfilled the assigned tasks in 2013.

The awarding ceremony was followed by sincere sharing of Mr. Nguyen Hoang – N&G Corp’s Chairman and CEO. After more than a decade of establishment and growth from scratch, N&G Corp today is the "fruit" of endless energy, utmost effort and strong determination of all of the leadership and employees who have worked seriously to bring the prosperity for themselves and their families at first, then contribute to the prosperity of N&G Corp in particular, and of Hanoi and Vietnam in general.

Mr. Hoang said that the first six months of 2014, in addition to aggressive implementation of infrastructure construction, ensuring Hanssip Project schedule (Phase 1), N&G Corp will focus on developing human resources. The Company will seek for not only qualified and professional but also enthusiastic staff who are dedicated to development of supporting industries of Hanoi and Vietnam which are in shortage of people daring to face challenges. Only considering the mission of developing supporting industries entrusted by the Government a "meaningful work”, not a "great work ", the energetic young Chairman is confident in a successful 2014 with the consensus of all members of N&G Corp home.
