In recent days, the construction atmosphere at HANSSIP has become increasingly vibrant. The ODV items have continuously recorded new progress, marking a strong acceleration phase in completing the ecosystem of the Hanssip Hanoi South Industrial–Urban Area (Phase 1).

Several ODV units have now been built to higher floors, with the main structural components firmly completed. In other areas, construction teams are simultaneously implementing synchronized infrastructure works to ensure the overall progress of the project. The appearance of new roads, landscapes, and building blocks is gradually taking shape, contributing to forming the dynamic urban–service environment at the heart of the industrial park.

The acceleration of the ODV model continues to demonstrate HANSSIP’s commitment to developing a model supporting industrial park – urban area, where experts, engineers, and investors can live – work – and conduct business conveniently within one integrated space.

In the coming period, as the buildings enter their final finishing stages, HANSSIP is poised to introduce a modern and civilized ODV complex, contributing to completing the production – service – commercial ecosystem and elevating the value of the southern area of the Capital.
