Within the framework of Phase 1 of the Investment, Construction, and Infrastructure Business Project of the South Hanoi Supporting Industrial Park (HANSSIP), service–residential houses combined with commercial business (ODV) are being urgently constructed, creating a new, synchronized, and modern appearance for the area.

The completion of ODV units is one of the key components contributing to the comprehensive development of HANSSIP’s ecosystem—integrating full utilities and providing a convenient, sustainable space for living, working, and doing business.

At the ODV construction sites in HANSSIP South Hanoi, many units have basically completed the structural stage, while others are in the finishing phase of exterior works. The construction atmosphere is bustling, aiming to ensure timely handover according to schedule.

HANSSIP – Towards a Model Industrial Ecosystem
The South Hanoi Supporting Industrial Park is one of the key projects in Vietnam’s supporting industry development strategy, oriented to become the first model supporting industrial park in the country, playing an important role in the global supply chain. The presence of ODV units here will contribute to perfecting the industrial park ecosystem—from production infrastructure, logistics, to commercial services and social welfare.

In the near future, once ODV buildings are put into operation, HANSSIP will not only be a hub for supporting industry enterprises but also transform into a dynamic, modern, and civilized community of living – working – and investment.
