HANSSIP creates momentum for the development of high-tech supporting industries
With a 100% occupancy rate for domestic and foreign investors, the Hanoi South Supporting Industrial Park (HANSSIP) invested and developed by N&G Development Investment Joint Stock Company (N&G CORP) under the N&G Group ecosystem has affirmed its position as a specialized supporting industrial park in Vietnam.
Creating jobs for about 30,000 workers
N&G CORP General Director Pham Quang Khai said that HANSSIP in Hanoi Capital is a "New generation industrial ecosystem invested and built in accordance with the orientation and direction of the Government, the Prime Minister and Hanoi City. HANSSIP includes all the conditions for businesses and workers to produce, work, live, maximize service with the orientation of taking workers as the center of service along with officers, workers, engineers, managers, experts and partners around the world to trade and service at HANSSIP.

HANSSIP is planned, built, managed and developed for large, medium and small industrial land funds. This place has the characteristics of closely integrating into the international economy, creating a linked production chain, adding service value, minimizing environmental pollution, aiming for smart production and business management, sharing and circular economy”. Currently, phase 1 has attracted 100% domestic and foreign investors, including: Inventec Electronics Group (Taiwan, China) with revenue of 20 billion USD in 2022, Mitac Technology Group (Taiwan, China) with revenue of 100 billion USD in 2023. In addition, many of the largest factories and high-tech complexes in Hanoi are being built by multinational enterprises and corporations at HANSSIP, with a plan to come into operation in June 2025 and create jobs for about 30,000 workers, highly skilled workers, and managers. In order to support enterprises in building factories and putting them into operation soon, N&G CORP recently continued to hand over the Certificate of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land to TOMECO Supporting Industry Joint Stock Company, VSO Electronics Co., Ltd. (Taiwan, China), THT Vietnam Screw Manufacturing Co., Ltd. at HANSSIP. N&G CORP Chairman Trinh The Duc emphasized that this is an important condition, creating a premise for investors in HANSSIP to continue implementing administrative procedures on construction, environment, fire prevention and fighting to put factories, service facilities, and accommodation for workers and experts into synchronous operation.
Focus on providing the highest level of support for businesses and business households to soon start construction of factories and industrial service works with the highest goal of putting them into operation and creating many jobs for people in Phu Xuyen district, surrounding areas and Hanoi capital living and working at HANSSIP. N&G CORP General Director Pham Quang Khai emphasized, "N&G CORP is committed to accompanying businesses in the process of building factories and industrial services. The investor HANSSIP always wants to attract investment and promote the development of supporting industries. Accordingly, the concretization of the global production chain between domestic enterprises and multinational corporations from Japan, EU, USA, China, Taiwan, India, Korea... has taken place. On the other hand, HANSSIP and the Hanoi Supporting Industry Enterprises Association (HANSIBA) have coordinated to implement many connection and technology transfer programs. Notably, the Training and Certification Workshop on "Aerospace Quality Management System - AS9100" with the aim of creating opportunities for Domestic enterprises approach and cooperate with large corporations to produce aircraft and aerospace components and bring high value.
