On January 19, 2026, the Groundbreaking Ceremony of the INVENTEC Factory Complex Project was solemnly held at the South Hanoi Supporting Industrial Park (HANSSIP), marking an important beginning for a large-scale high-tech industrial project in the capital.

The ceremony was attended by numerous senior leaders and distinguished guests, including:

• Mr. Hoang Trung Hai – Former Member of the Politburo, Former Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee, Former Deputy Prime Minister;

• Mr. Ho Sy Hung – Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI);

• Mr. Le Thanh Son – Deputy Head of the Management Board of Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones;

• Mr. Nguyen Hoang – Chairman of N&G Group Vietnam;

• Mr. Ha Dai Thuy – Chairman of INVENTEC Group;

along with representatives from departments and agencies of Hanoi City, local authorities, and numerous domestic and international partners.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ha Dai Thuy – Chairman of INVENTEC Group – shared the Group’s development orientation with high-tech product lines such as electronic devices, components, headphones, and products serving the global supply chain. He affirmed that INVENTEC is committed to fully complying with Vietnamese laws as well as the requirements of the infrastructure developer – N&G Group Vietnam, while closely coordinating throughout the project implementation process, ensuring the principles of transparency – effective decision-making – thorough execution.

At the same time, Mr. Nguyen Hoang – Chairman of N&G Group Vietnam – expressed his sincere gratitude to the leaders of Hanoi City, the Management Board of Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones, as well as relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities for their continuous support and facilitation for investors during the implementation of projects at HANSSIP. He also conveyed his appreciation to INVENTEC Group for trusting and choosing South Hanoi Supporting Industrial Park (HANSSIP) as a strategic investment destination in Vietnam.

According to Mr. Nguyen Hoang, with its large scale, high-tech orientation, and long-term development vision, once fully operational, the INVENTEC Factory Complex Project is expected to create tens of thousands of jobs for local workers, especially in Dai Xuyen commune; contribute to increasing local budget revenues; and create opportunities for Hanoi’s supporting and high-tech enterprises to participate more deeply in the global supply chain.

The values generated by the project will make practical contributions to the socio-economic development goals of the capital, promoting sustainable, modern growth and deeper international integration. This is also a clear demonstration of the sound development orientation of HANSSIP in attracting high-quality FDI projects, building a solid foundation for Vietnam’s supporting industry in the new era.

Representing the state management authority, Mr. Le Thanh Son – Deputy Head of the Management Board of Hanoi Industrial and Export Processing Zones – affirmed that the agency will always accompany and support investors within its assigned functions and responsibilities, creating favorable conditions for the project to be implemented on schedule, effectively, and in full compliance with legal regulations.

The INVENTEC Factory Complex Project has a total construction scale of over 500,000 m² and is expected to create approximately 20,000 – 25,000 jobs upon completion, making an important contribution to the socio-economic development of the southern Hanoi region. With the strategic cooperation between INVENTEC and N&G Group Vietnam, HANSSIP Industrial Park is not only an attractive destination for FDI investors but also a hub connecting Vietnamese enterprises to the global supply chain. The project is expected to generate strong momentum for the development of the supporting industry, not only in Hanoi but also nationwide, contributing positively to Vietnam’s sustainable development goals in the new era.
